Born in Madrid, Spain, Alvaro Morata spent his youth career at the academy Atlético Madrid and Getafe. After starting to play at Atlético Madrid, Alvaro Morata joined Real Madrid in 2008 from neighboring Getafe and made his junior appearance for Real Madrid C.
